We will run a full diagnosis of your device and let you know what is needed to restore it.

If you decide to proceed with the repair, the $49,95 diagnostic fee will be deducted from the total cost — you’ll only pay for labor and parts.
If no repair is needed or you choose not to move forward, you only pay the fixed diagnostic fee of $49,95.

Additionally, if you had a related repair with us within the last 30 days, the diagnostic service will be free, and our 30-day warranty applies.
